Surgery hours

Borden Lane Veterinary Surgery is open:

  • Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.30pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am - 12.00 noon

Consultation times

  • Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 10.30am  - 3.30pm - 6.00pm
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 11.30am - 2.30pm
  • Saturday: 9.00am - 11.30am

All consultations are by appointment (except in an emergency)

We work on an appointment system to allow more time for you and your pet. However, if you are unable to attend an appointment please advise us as soon as possible to make an alternative arrangement.

If you would like to see a particular vet for your visit, please ask the receptionist when booking the appointment.

We are a fully computerised practice which enables us to keep accurate records of your pet’s medical history and also to print a full breakdown of costs for you on each visit.

Fees and payments

Please note that full payment is required at the time of your visit - using cash, cheque or major credit cards.

Regarding insurance policies, we also prefer the account to be settled at the time of the visit and will complete an insurance form on your behalf in order for payment to be made to you via your insurance company.
